Xavier graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Paris in 2002. After three years with a telecom operator and five years in strategy consulting at Bain & Company, he co-founded Paris Corporate Housing with Thibaut in 2011.

At PCH, in addition to the development of the activity and the management of the daily operations, Xavier invests a significant part of his time in the implementation of the processes and the technical solution making it possible to absorb the sustained growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Thibaut graduated from ESSEC in 2003. After eight years of consulting at Bain & Company for private equity funds and banks, he co-founded Paris Corporate Housing with Xavier in 2011.

At PCH, Thibaut is focused on developing the portfolio, sourcing the best-located and most attractive properties from the corporate clients' perspective, while providing owners with his unparalleled expertise in the real estate market as well as in the tax schemes subtleties.

Arnaud is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (2007) and HEC (2010). He practiced as a lawyer in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and securites law for 6 years. Driven by his taste for real estate, he then joined the Paris Corporate Housing team in 2017 where he took responsibility for the "Left Bank - Paris Centre" portfolio. This portfolio represents approximately €150M of assets under management and €6M of annual rent placed.

Cécile holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the European Business School (Paris) and studied in Hong Kong. She worked as a project manager at ENGIE for 2 years before joining Paris Corporate Housing in 2019. After a successful career beginning, she took over the responsibility of the "Paris West" portfolio, representing about 150M€ of assets under management and about 6M€ of annual rent placed.

Romain holds a Master's degree in finance from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (Paris) and studied in severals countries. He worked as rental manager in two differents parisian real estate companies for 4 years before joining Paris Corporate Housing in 2022, where he focuses on developing our opertations in the upscale suburbs of Paris.

After graduating with a degree in real estate and 14 years experience in this field, Charlotte worked for 6 years in a Parisian agency specializing in long-term furnished rentals, for corporate clients, where she managed the development of the agency portfolio in Paris and its close suburbs. She joined Paris Corporate Housing to take charge of the leasing operations of the “Paris Ouest” team.

Alexandre holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Les Roches Hotel Management School in Crans-Montana, Switzerland. After several experiences in Japan in 5-star hotels where he held operational and team management positions. Alexandre is notw in charge of our rental operations in the close suburbs of Paris.

Linda holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the Vatel Paris Hotel School. After team management experiences in the event industry (Roland Garros, Paris Motor Show...), operational experiences in the luxury hotel industry in Paris and Dubai as well as a commercial experience for a luxury brand, Linda joined PCH to take charge of the leasing operations of the "Left Bank - Paris Centre" team.

Odile holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management and a Master’s degree in International Hospitality Management from Les Roches Hotel Management School. After several experiences in the most luxurious hotel groups (Four Seasons, Rosewood, Mandarin Oriental), Odile joined Paris Corporate Housing to take charge of the leasing operations of the «Paris West» team

Christelle worked for a property management company in western Paris for 10 years before joining Paris Corporate Housing in 2016. After having accompanied the evolution of the accounting and operational processes during her first years at PCH, Christelle is now the property manager of the Left Bank - Paris Centre" team.

Mathieu joined the team in 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in real estate accounting and after spending more than 10 years at another firm where he was promoted to Head of Rental Accounting. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences and a Level II Accounting Manager diploma from CNAM-Paris.

Thomas joined Paris Corporate Housing in 2018, during his work-study studies which led him to obtain a Bachelor's degree in "Real Estate Management and Negotiations". Thomas is now property manager on the "Paris West" portfolio, mangaging support cases for our tenants.

After graduating from Escola de Hotelaria e Tursimo de Coimbra (Portugal), Pricilia worked in the hotel industry in England for 3 years, before joining a firm specializing in furnished rentals in Paris.
After these successful experiences, she joined Paris Corporate Housing where she oversees the reimbursement of security deposits and handles support cases for our tenants.

After a career as a cabin crew member for an Asian airline, Roberta went back to school and obtained a master's degree in luxury marketing and management from the Paris School of Business. She then joined an agency specializing in high-end seasonal rentals as a concierge before joining Paris Corporate Housing as a Welcome Manager, aiming to ensure the best arrival and reception experience for clients.

Lucie received her engineer's degree in Computer Science from the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Léonard- de-Vinci (ESILV) after an exchange in Riga, Latvia. Since joining Paris Corporate Housing in 2020, she has developed numerous tools on the Salesforce system to streamline and optimize the daily operations of the teams.

Arthur graduated from the African Institute of Computer Science in Gabon, where he then worked as a developer and later as a Salesforce consultant. He is currently a student in a work-study program at the National Institute of Advanced Technologies (INSTA) in Paris, and is applying his learning and Salesforce expertise at Paris Corporate Housing.

Benjamin is a student at EPITA, where he is pursuing a degree in computer engineering. During his internship at Paris Corporate Housing, he is working on the migration to a new API-based property management software.

Maxime is a student at EPITA. Under the supervision of Lucie, he is dedicated to upgrading the technical architecture of Paris Corporate Housing.

Adrien is pursuing a bachelor's degree in real estate through an apprenticeship at Suptertiaire. At Paris Corporate Housing, he focuses on handling visit requests from candidates. Adrien is also an excellent tennis player.

Gwenaëlle earned an American high school diploma and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in real estate. During her apprenticeship at Paris Corporate Housing, she is mainly responsible for handling requests and conducting visits.

Koshiv is a student at ESPI, where he is pursuing a bachelor's degree. At Paris Corporate Housing, he is responsible for handling tenants' visit requests. Koshiv is passionate about tennis and automobiles.

Zachary is currently a student in BTS at Pigier School. At Paris Corporate Housing, he assists our clients in solving operational problems they may encounter during their rental.
